Gulf Wings signs an agreement with Cessna Aircraft Company to expand its fleet in 2009
Gulf Wings recently announced its partnership with Cessna Aircraft Company adding the 'Citation Sovereign' to its fleet in the second half of 2009.

On this occasion Mr. Ahmad Abu Ghazaleh, the General Manager of Gulf Wings said 'With the addition of a mid-size Citation Sovereign and CJ1+ light jet, we are adding capacity at both ends of our fleet, and have chosen the appropriate aircrafts that are tried and tested in the region's demanding conditions,' said Mr. Abu Ghazaleh.
Mr. Trevor Esling, Vice President International Sales added: 'Gulf Wings was the first to articulate a clear vision of the potential of business aviation in the Middle East. We are very pleased to continue playing a role in the company's successful expansion.'
The Jordanian and first established executive air charter operator in the Middle East, Gulf Wings, ordered a new $17m Cessna Citation Sovereign for delivery in the second half of 2009.
The 'Sovereign' proved to be a very good aircraft in the Middle East due to its 2,900 mile range with eight passengers adding value to the already existing fleet of 9 aircrafts at Gulf Wings.
